Today is my Mum's birthday and here is the card that I made for her. The papers are called Ice Cream Parlour and they are from Craftwork Cards, as are all the materials I used, apart from the Petaloo flowers.
I bought her some sets of Promarkers for her birthday present - she is very keen to start using them. I may have sung their praises once or twice!!I've started a new crochet project today as I have finished all of my craft fair work. I'm very excited about it and can't wait to show you my progress soon.

Hi Michelle, Thank you for your comments on my post. I think I am going to take the advice and just strip back to basics and stop being so concerned with doing stuff to please others. I am such a people pleaser, that I take on an awful amount and consequently get miffed that everyone else is having fun but I suffer. So, this year, I am going to make plans that benefit me, and everyone else will just have to fit in around it...that's the plan anyway!
