Well, that's the probably the longest gap in my blogging history! The last couple of months have been pretty crazy, with not a lot of card making going on, sadly. I have, however, had a new kitchen fitted, made a Technicolour Dreamcoat, been on two holidays and made lots of preparations for my daughter going to university in less than 2 weeks. More of all that another time (hopefully!).
I did manage to make a card for my husband to celebrate our 20th Wedding Anniversary, which we spent in Berlin. We had a wonderful time and fell in love with the city.
The card features the Kinda Eclectic stamp set - the first time I have used it. My colour choices were Mossy Meadow, Real Red and Smoky Slate. I cut a frame for the leaf border to give a bit more dimension to the card. The sentiments were stamped on strips and cut into banners, and the butterflies are mounted on foam pads.
Two of our wedding photos. I can't believe 20 years have gone by, it really doesn't feel like it. We look like kids.
Thanks for dropping by. I can't say when I will be back as the next two weeks are going to be very busy, and I'm back to work tomorrow. But I will try not to leave it so long :)
Take care
Michelle x
